Everything is abnormal but we are going through this all together.
We are very grateful that TAT can safely look after the brand through our online retail channels without interruption to our service. Thanks to our local delivery partner SF Express, Japanese partner OCS and Hong Kong Post Office for international partners which offer no-contact deliveries with the maximum safety.
To be responsible of our community and following government directions ( included all destination ), it’s grateful to have your understanding that parcels may not be arrived as quick as usual ( due to different policy and regulations carried out by various authorities ). All parcels will be send out with trackable delivery service to make sure that you can keep track on it.
For those who wish to delivery by DHL, TAT respect your choice and you can feel free to choose send out by DHL with extra $150 for the service.
Since TAT is an independent business and don’t have any investors backing, TAT rely on your support to fund our business keep running. Please know that your imperative support to small and local business like TAT during such a hard time would make a really big difference to us and the industry ; you are backing up the diversity of the retail market and fashion world, bring yourself more choice in shopping rather than spending your money in chain store / consortium for standardised design and products.
